Join the team as Twilio’s next Principal Presales Engineer, Product Specialist. You will be a critical partner cross-functionally, working with product, engineering, and marketing to identify and share technology patterns and shifts from our clients (and prospects) to influence product strategy.

Key points

  1. Develop your expertise of the Twilio platform, use cases and buyer personas, while keeping up with industry trends in Voice + AI.

  2. Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architecture and compelling presentations to secure the Technical Win.

  3. Support core sales and solutions engineering team members on value-selling strategies and complex solution sales.

  4. Design and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures aligned to customer ecosystems and long-term Twilio adoption.

  5. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio.

  6. Hands-on experience designing and validating Conversational AI or LLM-driven architectures (e.g., integrating OpenAI, Dialogflow, or similar models via APIs).

  7. Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements, including scoping, design, and technical validation in both Portuguese and English language.

  8. Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems, with hands-on experience using REST APIs and webhooks.
