Deep, first-hand understanding of the observability surface area including logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, monitors, alerts, and SLOs…
Proven ability to run a live, at-scale product, owning the roadmap, health, and competitiveness of shipping surfaces while driving a larger transformation.
A track record of owning broad, technically deep surfaces and setting direction that other teams build on.
Familiarity with how AI and agents are changing data interaction, including natural-language investigation, tools, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop action, or the ability to ramp quickly.
