Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including funding rates, index/mark price methodology, price limits, tick sizes, leverage/position tiers, and fee strategy.

Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/legal teams; familiarity with Singapore, EU (MiCA) and other major jurisdictions is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers and vendor partners; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
