Process Trainer - TL - Lending

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and process adherence through engaging learning interventions and continuous coaching initiatives.

Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.

Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create practical and engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectives.

Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity, customer handling, and conversion effectiveness.
