We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (SPM) who can own products end-to-end — from identifying customer and business problems to defining the product strategy, shipping high-quality experiences, and measuring outcomes.
Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and execution for one or more product areas.
Translate customer, business, and market problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
Drive products/features through the complete lifecycle — discovery definition development launch measurement iteration.
Lead feature launches and product releases, ensuring strong execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Engineering background — B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical education preferred.
Strong product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of products from concept to launch and scale.
Prior experience in FinTech / Lending / Payments / Financial Services is strongly preferred.
Experience in Internet, e-commerce, consumer technology, or other high-scale digital businesses is also highly relevant.
