Build durable relationships across your direct team, the broader pillar, and cross-functional partners, including the executive team.

Comfort with ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to develop and defend a clear point of view.

Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic experiences, including defining evals, designing applied AI products, and navigating tradeoffs around quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

Fluency with the latest AI tools and genuine curiosity and excitement about how EPD teams are changing because of them.

A track record of moving fast, even inside a larger organization.
