Product Manager (Models)

Define and drive roadmaps for ASR, TTS, and evaluation systems.

Partner with engineering and research teams on data collection, training cycles, and model release planning.

Set up and own evaluation frameworks and quality metrics covering accuracy, latency, MOS, and robustness.

Run structured experiments — offline tests, A/Bs, and human evaluations — to quantify model improvements.

Familiarity with the model lifecycle: training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Ability to collaborate effectively across research, engineering, and product teams.

3+ years of experience building AI, applied AI, ML products, or model training pipelines.
