Program Management – Lending(Sales Planning & Distribution Strategy)

Develop manpower and network plans based on business potential, productivity and market requirements.

Design and optimise territories, locations and field-force deployment.

Use business data and analytics to identify productivity gaps and improve sales output.

Develop frameworks for workforce planning, capacity planning and productivity management.

Experience working with large-scale field sales or distribution teams.

Strong understanding of manpower planning, territory planning and distribution/network optimisation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with business data and translate insights into actionable plans.

Experience designing planning frameworks and processes rather than only executing existing plans.
