Represent Cognition's story with clarity, credibility and energy in market.
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies, with a strong track record in technical hiring.
Experience recruiting for G&A functions (e.g. finance, legal, people, operations), or the range and curiosity to ramp up quickly across them.
Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools or cloud markets.
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, with an understanding of local market dynamics, employment practices and compensation norms.
