We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience.
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion.
From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional.
