As we expand into India, Cognition is looking for a Vice President of Sales to launch and scale our operations in India.

Key points

  1. Launch and scale Cognition’s Indian operations as our first senior hire in market.

  2. Own country-level P and L, hiring, sales execution, and operational performance.

  3. Build and lead a high-performing local team across sales, customer success, engineering, support, and operations.

  4. Lead strategic partnerships with Indian enterprises and government agencies.

  5. Proven experience launching and scaling operations in new markets selling disruptive software.

  6. Deep relationships and understanding of India's enterprise and government sectors.

  7. Strong enterprise sales, partnerships and GTM experience with a track record of closing complex deals.

  8. A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
