RWA Growth Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a RWA (Real-World Assets) Growth Specialist to grow the Tokenized Stocks business line.

Key points

  1. Basic understanding of blockchain technology, including but not limited to, UTXO, EVM, and DEX platforms and wallets.

  2. Proven experience working with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs, translating product intent into operational requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.

  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate operational needs clearly to cross-functional and non-technical audiences.

  4. Willingness to run partner integration work alongside external project teams.

  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.

  6. Shape the future of finance.
