Senior Analyst, Corporate Development & Investment

Job Overview

You will sit in the Corporate Development team, working directly with senior management on product analysis, investment and strategic partnerships globally for the Company.

Key points

  1. Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons.

  2. Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on them.

  3. Ongoing support of the Company's portfolio companies.

  4. Originate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.

  5. Trained to think rigorously about businesses and numbers.

  6. Genuine interest in products. Understanding products including but not limited to spot/perps exchanges, RWA / tokenized-asset platform, prediction market, AI.

  7. Practical fluency with AI productivity tools. You use LLMs daily to research, draft, model and automate…

  8. Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making.
