We are looking for a sharp and proactive Senior Associate – Business Finance to join the Business Finance team, supporting revenue operations, planning cycles, and commercial decision-making for the unit.
Act as a trusted finance partner for the business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams.
Support planning cycles — prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files, and build/update revenue and cost forecasts.
Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend actionable interventions.
Review cost and revenue contracts to identify key commercial terms, flag risks, and suggest improvements.
CA qualified, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfort with large datasets.
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI); exposure to SAP/Oracle/Anaplan or SQL is a plus.
Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Experience: Senior-level · 2–3 years
