  1. Will be working with the secretarial team to ensure compliance by the company and its group companies of various laws and rules.

  2. Companies Act 2013, the Rules and the Secretarial Standards notified thereunder.

  3. Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, LODR.

  4. Shareholders and Share Subscription Agreements.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have a proactive attitude.

  6. Should have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Should also have the ability to work in a high-paced environment.

  7. Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  8. Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
