Senior Commercial Counsel

Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements with enterprise customers, financial institutions, fintechs, marketplaces, and strategic partners globally.

Own the company’s most strategic transactions end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Support the launch and scaling of new payment, card, treasury, and digital asset products, including stablecoin-enabled solutions.

Develop scalable legal infrastructure — templates, negotiation playbooks, contracting standards, and self-service resources.

Deep expertise in commercial contracts and building scalable legal infrastructure, ideally at high-growth companies.

Experience in payments, fintech, banking, digital assets, treasury, card, or other regulated financial services strongly preferred.

Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and biased toward action and impact.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice.
