Sets objective and plans effectively, including coaching & mentoring Technicians within the organization to achieve the deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science.

Industry exposure in Electronics, Semiconduction Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Master's degree in related field is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and failure analysis.
