As an Engineering Manager on the Assessment Platform team, you will lead the technical vision and execution for the systems that power the assessments on HackerRank.
Own the vision and roadmap for assessment platform, working closely with Product to shape priorities.
Architect systems that reliably handle 100k+ concurrent users.
Own delivery commitments and run the team's day-to-day execution using agile practices.
Ensure operational excellence: reliability, incident response, security and privacy.
Strong experience designing highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant, secure distributed systems and large-scale web services.
Strong technical leadership, with the ability to drive critical architecture discussions.
Proven record of hiring, leading and mentoring technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, Ruby or Node.js.
