Senior Legal Analyst

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including, but not limited to, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements…

Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key to OKX's future growth.

Apply OKX's SOP or design new SOPs to support OKX's commercial objectives while following applicable regulations and otherwise managing legal and regulatory risk.

Maintain organised records of contracts and various legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.

Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Candidates without a law degree but with substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience will also be considered.

Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgement.
