Lead the global AV Operations and Events team, setting clear goals, operating standards, and service expectations across regions.
Oversee daily AV support, workplace technology services, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings across global offices.
Lead technical and logistical planning for high-visibility events, executive forums, company meetings, and external-facing productions.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for C-level executives, senior leaders, and white-glove events.
Experience leading global or distributed teams, including employees, contractors, and vendor partners.
Strong people-leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent, building team capability, and improving team performance.
Proven ability to support executive stakeholders and deliver high-pressure, high-visibility events.
Advanced knowledge of AV systems, workplace technologies, UC platforms, SaaS tools, and support operations.
