Senior Manager, Business Technology Enablement

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead BizTech Enablement and Innovation (BEI), BizTech's solutions partner to the rest of the company.

Key points

  1. BEI works with Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Global Operations, Policy and Communications, Design, and other non-technical functions to understand how they work…

  2. The team also brings what it learns back to BizTech product teams and vendors to shape their roadmaps.

  3. You will report to the Director, Tech Foundations.

  4. This is a strategic leadership role within a large business unit.

  5. For the next 18 months, the team's focus is AI.

  6. In the near term, you will define where Airbnb should be on AI-enabled work in two years…

  7. This position is US - Remote Eligible.
