Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for a key area of billing or marketplaces (for example metering and pricing, prepaid commit…

Scope features with engineering, turn them into a clear near-term roadmap, and track them through to launch.

Improve our prepaid commit capabilities, including customer-specific rate cards, contract changes and rollovers, customer-facing balance visibility, and spend alerts.

Drive our cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking.

Improve payment and collections flows, including dunning and delinquency handling, so customers are billed accurately and service is not interrupted by avoidable billing issues.

Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Preferred: experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company.

Preferred: comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself.
