MongoDB is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for our Developer and Agentic Experience across MongoDB Atlas which is our best-in-class, fully managed, multi-cloud database service.

  1. Own the vision, strategy, and 12-month roadmap for Developer and Agentic Experience, balancing the needs of developers, platform teams, enterprise customers…

  2. Simplify how customers build and operate Atlas by evolving individual programmatic capabilities into cohesive, end-to-end workflows for deploying, operating, and optimizing Atlas.

  3. Shape Atlas's agentic experience by making Atlas easy for AI agents to discover, understand, and safely operate, while keeping developers in control.

  4. Drive adoption and revenue growth by identifying high-impact opportunities across programmatic experiences and defining their business models, pricing, and packaging.

  5. A track record of defining product strategy and delivering products used by technical audiences, ideally across developer tools, CLIs, APIs, agentic platforms, Infrastructure-as-code(IaC)…

  6. Experience growing adoption and revenue for a product, including business cases, pricing and packaging, and go-to-market plans.

  7. Experience translating ambiguous customer and business problems into focused strategies, product narratives, roadmaps, and prioritized execution plans.

  8. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across engineering and product teams without relying on formal authority.
