Partnering with engineering leads to prioritizing technical investments and establishing realistic delivery timelines.

Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their specific onboarding flows and trial experience.

Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers.

Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth.

Demonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials.

Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis.

Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment.
