Drive Complex Engagements: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off within fast-paced environments.

Partner with PS leadership to help build, refine, and maintain the PMO governance framework, including standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and key performance indicators.

As a Senior Project Manager in our PS Organisation, you will drive impact primarily through hands-on delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement.

Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish clear success criteria, track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure project execution adheres to deadlines and budgets.

Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before they escalate.

Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales), and third- party partners.
