  3. Responsible for designing, configuring and managing Xactly platform.

  4. Writing rules, analyzing results, troubleshooting, and improving processes as needed.

  5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  6. Strong business relationship and partnership skills and experience.

  7. A current Xactly Incent certification (e.g. Incent Level 3 certification).

  8. Experience with the Xactly product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable (ie, SAP CallidusCloud, IBM Varicent, Anaplan, Optymyze, Pigment).
