Design systems for high throughput, availability, observability, security, and maintainability.

Apply AI assistants, including Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor - across design, implementation, testing, debugging, and code review.

Improve frameworks, tooling, and engineering practices that increase the effectiveness of teams across Samsara.

Proven end-to-end ownership of a product, substantial feature, or subsystem through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.

Ability to take a clear customer or business challenge, independently choose a technical approach, and balance delivery speed, quality, and maintainability.

Experience driving delivery with engineers and product or design partners, and helping teammates improve through reviews, technical feedback, or mentoring.

Extensive practical use of AI across investigation, design, implementation, testing, and review, while owning the correctness and quality of the result.
