Senior Solutions Architect

Job Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect on GitLab's India team, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across India. You'll partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and bring customer feedback to Product Management.

Key points

  1. Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the software development lifecycle.

  2. Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, and technical contributions to tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.

  3. Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Commercial and Enterprise segments to shape account strategies for new customer acquisition and expansion…

  4. Support regional go-to-market partners that provide Professional Services, helping them deliver consistent technical guidance and apply effective practices during partner-led engagements.

  5. Experience guiding Commercial and Enterprise customers through solution design and evaluation in technical presales, consulting, or a similar role.

  6. Experience working with India's GCCs, Digital Native organizations, and startups is highly valued.

  7. Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows.

  8. Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms, with the ability to connect platform capabilities to customer use cases.
