Senior Solutions Engineer (HK)

Job Overview

As a Staff/Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with Account Executives to design solutions that solve critical business challenges throughout the pre-sales, solution design and implementation processes.

Key points

  1. A bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, with strong academic achievement.

  2. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with customers, partners and engineering teams to develop new products and solutions.

  3. Working knowledge of at least one major programming language, such as PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript or Java.

  4. Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.

  5. Professional-level or native English and Mandarin communication skills, as you’ll work with customers across APAC.

  6. You're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.
