Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Taipei to work with enterprise customers and prospects across the region. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them modernize their software delivery practices across DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud-native environments, and software supply chain security.

Key points

  1. Partner with customers and prospects across Taiwan to understand their software delivery, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software supply chain challenges.

  2. Act as a trusted technical advisor to developers, DevOps teams, security teams, architects, engineering leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.

  3. Lead the technical sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and technical win.

  4. Work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, address customer requirements…

  5. Proven ability to independently manage the technical aspects of complex enterprise sales opportunities.

  6. Strong hands-on understanding of modern DevOps and software delivery practices.

  7. Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Git-based workflows, build tools, and artifact/package management.

  8. Experience designing, explaining, or implementing software delivery pipelines and integrating multiple tools within the software development lifecycle.
