Exceptional troubleshooting skills for modern macOS and Windows operating systems, paired with the ability to write scripts (Bash, PowerShell) to automate administrative toil.
A proactive, consultative problem-solving attitude with the executive presence to mentor junior peers and explain intricate systems to non-technical stakeholders.
