Own end-to-end delivery of features and services — from design through production operation.
Design scalable, reliable distributed systems and drive key technical decisions.
Debug and resolve production issues; improve reliability and performance.
Raise code quality and design standards through thorough, constructive reviews.
Proven ownership: end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring more junior engineers.
Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid code quality, testing, and design practices.
A track record with measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation.
Experience: Mid-level · 6–8 years
