Job Overview

We’re hiring Solution Architects to help the world’s best engineering organizations figure out what AI-native software development actually looks like in production. You’ll also help engineering leaders think through rollout strategy, workflow evolution, and the long-term architecture for AI-native development.

Key points

  1. Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders.

  2. Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions.

  3. Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy.

  4. Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress.

  5. Help organizations navigate workflow and operational change as AI-native development evolves.

  6. Help customers translate adoption into measurable engineering impact.
