Serves as the primary steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies, proactively ensuring alignment and accountability across people leaders and the business.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Certified HRDC Trainer (Train-the-Trainer, HRD Corp Malaysia) and a recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC or equivalent).
Experience leading transformation and change management.
Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
