Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders as a true strategic advisor on sourcing strategy, market mapping, competitive intelligence, comp positioning, and talent insights.
Activate and engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent — the builders and problem-solvers who aren't actively looking but are exactly who we need.
Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines that can keep pace with aggressive hiring goals and our continued APJ expansion.
Proven experience recruiting within the software / Data / AI industry, ideally for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
A track record of scaling teams at a high-growth company — you know what it takes to hire fast without dropping the bar.
High energy, grit, and a relentless work ethic — you get stuff done and you don't wait to be told how.
An "AI builder" mindset: genuinely curious about the technology, hands-on with new tools, and able to speak credibly to deeply technical candidates.
