Sr. Software Engineer II / Tech lead, Agentic Platform (Poland, Remote, B2B)

We expect engineers to push tools like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor throughout design, implementation, testing, and production investigations, taking on more ambitious work while owning the quality of what they ship.

Key points

  1. Lead technical discussions with teammates to identify gaps in our telematics data platform and influence roadmap by setting direction and recommending solutions.

  2. Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and understand downstream implications in our product to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  3. Ship features that deliver value to customers, consistently refining them based on gathered feedback.

  4. Deliver full stack features across multiple tiers (front-end, back-end and mobile). GoLang, GraphQL, Typescript, React and ReactNative among other technologies. Direct experience with these…

  5. A track record of turning partially defined customer or business challenges into technical direction, execution plans, and measurable outcomes with substantial autonomy.

  6. Strong system design judgment, including service boundaries, dependencies, failure modes, performance, and safe changes to production systems.

  7. Experience leading delivery through deep ownership of a critical system or coordination across multiple services and teams, balancing immediate needs with long-term architecture.

  8. Ability to improve other engineers’ effectiveness through mentoring, design reviews, and clear technical decisions.
