Develop methods and innovates characterization process to ensure that required capability is sustained as required including modification and creation of automated metrology.

Train and mentor technicians and operators.

Generates technical and executive reports, review and approve Technician’s output.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Material Science.

Industry exposure in Electronics, Semiconduction Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Master's degree in related field is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and failure analysis.
