Staff Software Engineer (Mobile, Android) - Hyderabad, India role at Outreach (Hybrid, Hyderabad (Hybrid)).
Expert knowledge of Jetpack Compose, including state hoisting, theming and performance.
Strong command of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow, Hilt and the Android app architecture guidance (ViewModel, repositories, unidirectional data flow).
Proven success shipping and operating apps on Google Play: signing, the Play Console, staged rollouts and Android vitals.
Experience with networking and auth on Android: GraphQL or REST clients, OAuth/OIDC (e.g. AppAuth) and the Android Keystore.
