We build and own the entire internal developer platform—the CI/CD pipelines, the build-and-test orchestration, and the multi-cloud infrastructure that powers it all. We are looking for a seasoned engineer who has built and scaled internal platforms before.

Okta's Platform & Infrastructure team is the central nervous system for all of Okta Engineering.
This isn't just about maintaining systems.
You are a strong software engineer first, with proven experience building and maintaining complex systems in Go (Golang) and/or Python.
You have deep, practical experience building, running, and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes. You understand pods, operators, scheduling, and networking inside and out.
You have architected, built, and/or significantly scaled CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, ArgoCD) as a platform for other engineers…
You have demonstrable experience working in major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understand the nuances of their core services.
