The Strategic Sourcing Manager shapes the company’s global supply base through strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and cost management.
This role develops category strategies, secures contracts, and unlocks supplier-enabled innovation to deliver measurable savings and mitigate risk.
Develop and maintain (optimize) global commodity strategies and 3~5 years sourcing roadmaps.
Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs.
Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans.
Advanced negotiation and contracting skills.
Market intelligence, cost modeling, analytics.
Project Management (regular RFQ/competitive Bidding).
Supplier relationship management at executive level.
