Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced full-life cycle Technical Recruiter to support the organization through its growth, predominantly within Engineering and Product with the opportunity to support other functions, like Marketing, Legal, and GBO.

Key points

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our technical organizations.

  2. Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles.

  3. Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and…

  4. Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change.

  5. Experience partnering with senior executives on Engineering, Tech & Product hiring.

  6. Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  7. Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience.

  8. This role will focus on recruiting in EMEA.
