Account Manager (Fukuoka-based)

Manage a portfolio of hotel partners and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day commercial matters.

Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and performance discussions.

Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including production, availability, rate competitiveness, pricing, cancellation trends, and Direct Share performance.

Identify performance gaps and recommend practical actions to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue results.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in account management, sales, business development, or partner management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
