Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive CIS Crypto Affiliate BD Manager to expand our affiliate network and drive revenue growth across the CIS region.

Key points

  1. Identify and attract new affiliates: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, etc.

  2. Build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned with business objectives.

  3. Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions.

  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

  5. Fluent English and Ukrainian (required).

  6. Proven experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS.

  7. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  8. Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
