Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Job Overview

You'll shape Airwallex's global corporate development strategy in line with the company’s long-term vision and help drive strategic growth and investor engagement globally. This role is based in London, and you'll be expected to work from the office three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).

  2. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  3. Investment banking experience, including M&A and live deal execution.

  4. Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to create clear, concise investment memos and financial models.

  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior management and external stakeholders.

  6. A track record of operating as a self-starter, prioritizing effectively, and managing a demanding workload.

  7. A strong sense of accountability for delivering important outcomes.
