Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Direct, hands-on experience in at least one of: vulnerability management, security automation or workflow tooling, or enterprise security operations.

Experience operating successfully in a matrix structure — with the judgment to manage functional dotted-line relationships without losing ownership of your own team.

Comfort with a mandate that will evolve as the team matures — you're building this job as much as filling it.
