The Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities) is responsible for driving end-to-end compliance, governance, and risk management across all InMobi Group office locations globally.

  1. Drive compliance across all global offices in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

  2. Establish and standardize global compliance frameworks for workspace and facilities operations.

  3. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, audit requirements, and internal governance protocols across regions.

  4. Lead end-to-end ISO audits and global compliance audits (internal & external).

  5. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field.

  6. Strong expertise in ISO standards, audits, GDPR, and workplace compliance frameworks.

  7. Proven experience in managing multi-country operations and vendor ecosystems.

  8. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
