We help all types of hosts grow their business through new products, partnerships, best practices, and innovation.

You will lead your team to partner with top local hosts to improve host quality, optimize listings, and grow account performance.

You will design and execute local initiatives that grow high-value inventory and support host success across every segment.

You will work in close partnership with Global Markets, Product, Legal, Policy, Communications, and Marketing to drive sustainable growth for Airbnb in the country.

Develop and execute comprehensive destination strategies to scale the local business across target cities in Thailand and Vietnam.
