  5. Previous experience managing or coordinating recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another complex organization.

  6. Strong understanding of the German recruitment environment, including German employment regulations and Works Council requirements.

  7. Experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification, alongside operational recruitment delivery.

  8. Confidence working with hiring managers and HR stakeholders and the ability to build trusted relationships.
