Logistics Director

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Director to lead logistics operations and trade compliance across our Thailand supply chain network. Working closely with local and global leadership teams, you will oversee transportation, warehousing, import/export operations, and logistics partners, ensuring reliable service, regulatory compliance, and effective cost management.

Key points

  1. You will shape logistics strategy, strengthen operational performance, and drive digital transformation to support business growth.

  2. Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and global supply chain objectives.

  3. Lead end-to-end transportation, warehousing, and inbound/outbound operations across Thailand.

  4. Optimize logistics networks, capacity, and resources to improve service reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is preferred.

  6. At least 15 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and international trade operations.

  7. At least 8 years of senior leadership experience managing end-to-end logistics within multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.

  8. Preferred: strong expertise in import/export operations, customs brokerage, trade compliance, and engagement with government authorities.
