R&D Software Engineer Lead & CISO

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, AI-driven backend and data systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance standards.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D projects, from concept through prototyping and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Preferred: bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred: experience with security best practices (OWASP, secure coding, API security).

Preferred: familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, EO 14117).

Preferred: experience with containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code.
